Lisa Anastas- Director of Concierge Services, Chief Lifestyle Concierge 

Lisa Anastas is the Director of Concierge Services and Chief Lifestyle Concierge for Country Estates & Manors. Lisa is a dynamic young executive who has positioned her career thus far to be a trailblazer. With her degree in Fashion Merchandising and the early realization of her passion to serve others, Lisa delved into the customer service industry through specialty retail stores. Her excellent leadership, communication and public speaking skills get her noticed amongst her peers almost immediately. This has allowed Lisa to acquire upper management positions in multiple fields of business.

As a Sales Executive for Starwood Vacation Ownership Westin Hotel Maui, Hawaii, Lisa honed her craft for sales and customer service through education in sales psychology and extensive training. The ‘perfectionist’, as she is affectionately named by her peers, doesn’t miss anything when it comes to a fashion flaw. She comes from a belief system that there is a right and wrong way to do everything. Lisa will always exceed expectations and push others to bring out the best in themselves.

Lisa Anastas always goes the extra mile when helping others. The passion that she possesses when helping others is what is needed, and sorely missed, in the service industry. Lisa believes wholeheartedly, and states often, that “Service starts with love, and in order to be good at it, you have to love it”. As a Lifestyle Concierge, Lisa will welcome you as a ‘guest’ into our territory (the world) and make sure your lifestyle is exactly as you would like and more. Her position as the Director is to assure that all our ‘guests’ are comfortable and that all their needs and wants are taken care of.

Ms. Anastas is known for consistently conducting herself professionally and approaching every situation with a positive attitude. Lisa has maintained and improved company standards at every level and is a pleasure to work with.
