To hire a full-time professional Estate Manager, it can cost you between $65,000 to $125,000 yearly, depending on the size and condition of the house and land combined. In contracting our firm, you would get everything you would normally get with a full-time Estate Manager for a fraction of the cost. The only difference is you will not have to pay for the time they are sleeping or managing their own lives and families.

We are on call 24/7, all year around, and will show up at your home in the event of an emergency in minutes. You can rest knowing that you have worked hard all week and the problems that may arise with home ownership are taken care of. Just enjoy your home, and we'll take care of the rest.

* We hold the keys and answer emergency calls and alarms.

* We negotiate with, and interview, all vendors working on your property.

* Quarterly- full interior and exterior inspections of all mechanicals and building structure.

* Weekly and Bi-weekly observatory inspections.

* Dual weekly observatory inspections while you're on vacation and/or not staying in the home.

* Vendors with competitive prices, wanting to stay on our 'Approved List of Vendors'.

* General Contractor for your renovation and addition needs, with half the normal fee you would be charged.
