James Martin Jr
A Greenwich resident and homeowner, James Martin, Jr. is a happily married man and proud father of three. James is a devout Christian who believes his success is due to the blessings from God. He is passionate about real estate and helping potential buyers find the “right” home. James founded Country Estates & Manors after following in the footsteps of a few other smart Realtors who discovered that the large national brands are out of touch with the local market. James wondered, "How can a company market every home the same way when each home is so uniquely different?".
James began his real estate career in 1990 when he bought his 1st rental property at the age of 19. Throughout the years, James has bought and sold over 200 properties for speculative and rental investment opportunities. In addition James has been the owner and general contractor on more than 30 new construction properties. He has run his own successful real estate brokerage firm in NY and now in Greenwich, CT.
James has been a Broker for over 12 years and is licensed as such in both CT and NY, specializing in the sale of luxury homes and new construction. James covers all areas of Greenwich, New Canaan, Darien and Lower Fairfield County, CT. He also covers Bedford, Purchase, Rye and Upper Westchester County, NY. “I believe in service and sometimes that requires our Realtors leaving their borders and working with clients who are undecided which local town they want to live in and only want to work with a member of our team. While some Realtors find it to be a hassle, I find it to be our pleasure as we appreciate the business.”
