Jhoana was born in Quezon City, Philippines. After migrating to America, Jhoana lived in several states before she found her place here in Fairfield County, CT. Her Bachelor of Education degree in Math from the University of the Philippines gave her the framework she needed to land Tax Associate and Internal Auditor positions for large accounting firms. Her most recent position was with Frydland Stevens, LLC in Greenwich, CT, a company that services other companies’ real estate properties and investments.

This position, and her experience as a leasing agent for a Portland, Oregon apartment complex, sparked a connection to real estate, so she decided pursue a full-time sales career. Jhoana's strong accounting background adds value to a client's bottom line by analyzing the overall market differently than the average Realtor.
